One supplier is manufacturing accessories for automobiles.

A company located Malaysia sent their inquiries of buying such products. Both sides have reached agreement.

China supplier exported products named ZY-8301R/L to the international buyer but the products were refused since the buyer really needed ZY-8303R/L, which is similar to ZY-8301R/L with general same features. Two products are the same but they are used for different mode of cars.

The buyer can not accept the products and asked for change products or lower the price.

In the end the supplier sold the products at 15 percent lower price to the international buyer.

The case is not complicated and it showed that both sides of the international trade need to check all the details carefully including product name, quality, quantity and package.

No details in the foreign trade can be ignored so all the staff need to communicate with the other side promptly and timely.

In international trade, all the products are manufactured in batches, which is not the same as retail business. In retail business, changing product or solving other problems may be easier than that.

Now many China suppliers are seeking international buyers on some B2B portals now.

Such suppliers could visit IBUonline homepage to register in a few minutes. IBUonline has communication tools under Easy Order service and IBUonline has also launched foreign trade entrustment service for companies without foreign trade experience.
