If you work in the alcohol industry in the United Kingdom, you will do well to get yourself a Personal Licence. This license will improve your job security as well as help you with your promotion. All you have to do is out in a little bit of effort and pass an exam. This course will not only help you apply for your license but also help you become authorized personnel who can supervise the sale of alcohol in the country. This license works only in licensed premises like the pubs, restaurants and the supermarkets. First, you will take a NCPL course or an APLH course. There are courses available at over 70 training centers. You are sure to be able to locate the centre near you. The exam you have to give is not like the ones you had to slog through for school. After one-day course, you will be sitting for a test, which consists of multiple questions. There are 40 questions on the paper and to pass the examination you have to provide correct answers to at least 28 of the questions. This exam is simply to test how much you have understood the course First, you will have to take a 1 day NCPLH/APLH course. There are over 70 training venues around Britain, where you can book a course, so there is usually one in a town where you live. The thought of an exam can be scary but this one is fairly easy and it is not like being back at school. At the end of this one day course you will sit a 40 question exam. To pass you have to get at least 28 answers correct. You can then apply for your Pub Licence.
