Peyronies disease and the ways to treat it

You may not be aware of Peyronies disease, but it has become a common disease in most males. It is one of the diseases which affects penis of men, the male organ gets bended as an effect of the disease. Men may feel difficult to have intercourse with their partner and it will also be difficult to enter the vagina with the bent penis. According to a recent statistics more than 3% of the male populations are affected with this problem. Penis gets bend based upon the location where the penile tissue gets scared, it can either occur in the top or middle or at the end of the penis. Men can get affected with this disease at any age but commonly occurs between 40 to 50 years of age.
There is a link between this disease and hand, it can cause the hand to contract and it is called as Duypetren's contracture. No specific cause for this disease has been found until now, but it is known that excess growth of connective tissues is one of the common reasons behind this disease. In few men the disease come and go off automatically after sometime, but other men need treatment to get it cured.
During the initial stage of the disease the victim will not be much aware about the symptoms, during the first stage men will encounter pain during erection and a slight bend may or may not be noticed. It is the acute inflammatory stage of the disease as the symptoms appears suddenly and goes off after sometime. First phase of the disease remain for a time period of 6 to 18 months, it depends upon the victims health condition. During the second stage the connective tissues become harder and the pain will be severe when the penis is erect.
There are wide ranges of treatment to cure this disease and the victim is treated based upon the stage of the disease. Sexual intercourse is completely impossible if the penis bends beyond 60 degrees. There are no specific treatments for this disease, but penis stretching device which are used to increase the size of the penis can be used to treat this disease. It can increase the flow of blood and can help to straighten the penis. Anyone with bend or curve in penis can use penis stretcher as it is a medically proved device which is free from side effects.
