To see any one incident, there are two different viewpoints. One is a positive vision and another a negative vision. Positive vision means an approach that finds out the good in any kind of situation. Whereas negative vision implies an attitude of finding flaws even in good circumstances. For example, if someone has given us half cup of tea, then a person with negative vision gets angry that, “Only this much tea?”; whereas, the person with a positive vision thinks just the opposite, “Doesn’t matter if it’s half a cup, but I got some tea at least!” So, positive thinking comes from positive vision.

Negative is in the favour of intellect and positive is in favour of heart. If we see, every suffering in the world is due to adverse, meaning negative vision. Violence, lies, stealing and adultery in the world are all said to be negative. Whereas truth, non-violence, non-stealing and chastity are all said to be positive.

There can be both positive as well as negative in our own vision or in the vision of those near and around us. But mostly, in today’s era, we get to see more of negative. Is our vision positive or negative? How can we recognize that? What causes negativity? How does negativity impact us and others? What is the power of positive thinking? How to be positive in life? What is the key to turning negative into positive? Here, we get a detailed analysis of all these questions, with the help of which, we can shift from negative thoughts to positive and are able to experience happiness and peace in life.
