Everyone has to start somewhere and not everything will go the way they plan. The most necessary element for success is that a person not discouraged by the initial failures. Most people who have claimed to have “made it” in life will also be the first to admit that they had many failures along the way. With every failure comes the chance to learn something new for another opportunity.

All achievements, no matter how significant they are to others, begin with a burning desire to get the result intended. In the human mind there is a power that is hard to explain. It is the ability to focus positive thoughts on achieving the thing that is most wanted. Success is sometimes a thing that at first seems impossible. When a burning desire in a person is so strong the word impossible loses significance.

Many people will tell you “The Secret” to success. Some have told you that if you pray hard enough and have faith you will get what you want. Others have said that the secret is aligning yourself with the positive energies of the universe so you will receive a positive reaction, which will result in riches, good health, and well being. This all sounds good and may be part of the creation of a better life, but the true secret is the need for a Master Plan.

In order to gain success mentally, physically, or spiritually one has to have a Master Plan that one can stay with. It has to be a firm commitment, yet flexible enough to change with the times and the necessities. The Shaolin Monks called this being firm in commitment, but flexible in attainment.

At present I am working to create a new type of program at John Gilmore's Healing Hands. It is new to many people, so they are afraid to partake. It is difficult to introduce new thoughts and ideas into an old paradigm. The work is slow, but fruitful. The truth is that what I offer is not new, it is as old as the world itself. It is just that many people have never heard of it. In order to have the strength and ability to stay on schedule and work toward the attainment of my goals I am relying on something called The Master Blueprint.
“What is The Master Blueprint?” You might ask. It is a series of books, MP3 Downloads, videos, and inspirational teachings provided by some of the most successful human beings in the western world. It is a step by step guide to how to tap into the creative, human potential and to increase your physical, mental, and spiritual well being through discipline, the development of faith, the application of love, and the creation of wealth for oneself and anyone that would like to partake of the fruits of your success. I was so moved by this Master Blueprint Program that I agreed to promote it, mainly because what one learns applies not only in the gain of material things, but in achievement and growth in every part of one's life.

If you are serious about growth on all levels—the mental, spiritual, and physical, and becoming someone who can help create a more just, equitable world, this may be something new that you might want to explore. This is new for me, because it involves the acquisition of money. When I was younger I made a decision to devote my life to following my heart and seeking spiritual wholeness and wealth. I would say that I am very successful at it. I have come to a place in my life where I am happy with who I am and what I have. The one thing that I have missed, however, or limited, is my ability to help others in the world without having to work through institutions that, by their own nature, can help to maintain or create the mentality of scarcity and competition that drives the dominator paradigm. Just think about how much of this I could bypass if I were independently wealthy enough to just do the work that needed to be done without working through these organizations.

If you are dedicated to the betterment of the world and working hard to change things for the best, but you find yourself locked into jobs and institutions where you really can make the necessary changes, I would suggest that you try to become financially independent. The Master Blueprint Program may be something helpful. Money, in the hands of a good person, can help create a better world for all of us. This is something that it took me more than 30 years to consider. Perhaps you can consider it now and work with a group of people to create the wealth necessary to be a real agent of change int the world.
