Real estate has been witnessing an immense growth in the recent years across the metros. Two such cities are Chennai and Bangalore. It is because they are one of the leading metropolitans in South India when it comes to business and real estate has not failed not to create a niche for itself. Though it started as a small scale, today it has captivated every individual to invest in a property. The real estate prices especially in these two places have hot selling markets than that of other localities in the country. The presence of IT corridors, shopping malls, entertainment centres, restaurants, top-notch schools and colleges, etc, has helped it bring new and unique ventures in order to attract buyers. Further, projects constructed are ensured to have accessibility to public amenities such as Banks, ATM, Bus stop, police station and so on. When compared with Chennai, Bangalore has enhanced more as of real estate prices and due to this the properties remain stagnant in few areas. As of Chennai the real estate prices are cost-effective and are sold quickly. So, the properties in the city are most sought after and units every year has only increased since 2011. rnThe residential space values especially rental homes in Chennai is the major driving factor. It is due to the exquisite amenities and ambiance that is catered by the realtor which is within estimated budgets. Another added advantage of rental spaces is that it is mainly occupied by professionals working in nearby IT hubs and students from prestigious institutions. As of Bangalore the need for rental spaces is quite less than Chennai as the rates are costly. So they go for service apartments or studio apartments. The realtors here have to compete themselves with the micro markets. This competition within developers has gradually helped them to gain profits at a reasonable margin. When it comes to community townships both the cities have seen better response as encompasses all major facilities that any investor would dream to have. Few advantages of Chennai include: • Surplus manufacturing units, automobiles and commercial firms can be availed. • More employment opportunities. • World-class educational centres medical and engineering. • Excellent commutation through roads and rails. • Sumptuous array of food joints and entertainment centres. • Top-notch healthcare centres 24/7. • High returns on properties invested. rnPros of Bangalore • More than rentals, selling of properties are more. • Buying apartments has become hype amidst professionals. • Entertainment centres and restaurants are the most sought after. • Reasonable returns on investment. With these pros and facilities of both the metropolis choose your desired destination and consult with a realtor from the particular city to get an idea of properties before investing. In both the cities you can be sure that the properties will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. This will enable you to invest better and choose the right property within your desired budgets in your favourite city.

Sometimes, it’s not what you see, but what you feel. Ever notice how some buildings just feel solid? No creeping unease. No instinct telling you to check for the nearest exit. Just a quiet, unshakable sense that you’re in a place built to protect. That feeling isn’t random. It’s the result of smart choices—ones made long before anyone steps inside. The materials, the design, the way everything is built to handle the unexpected, even factors like fire ratings that determine
