Project analysis is not a new subject and there are many methods through which the product is being analyzed. It all starts with the requirement analysis and ends at maintenance. However, you need to know that what we really mean from the process requirement and how it is related to the project success. We are going to see all of them. Keep in mind that there are many SDLC techniques such as water melon technique, spiral model, prototype model and so on. However, you certainly need the best one and undoubtedly, the spiral model is the best model. If you will have a look at the modern methods then you are surely going to find that they are having the feedbacks. Actually, now everything has changed and the feedback goes through the testing in each phase.
The process requirements can change at each moment and hence you are certainly going to find that the feedback and the testing at each phase are quite important. You need to understand that if you will not go for the testing in each phase then you are certainly going to meet a big problem in the future and that will be a big problem for you undoubtedly.
Each phase has a definite mode of testing. Just take the last phase of implementation. You can easily understand that in this phase the acceptance testing is being performed. Similarly there is system testing, unit testing, and integration testing and so on. In fact, each kind of testing plays an important role and you are certainly going to find that most of the projects are being tested again and again.
The project success is decided by the minimum errors it has at last. None of the project is 100% bug free and you are certainly going to find that after all the testing there is still a 0.1% chance of having the error and bug. None of the project has been made till now which has hit the hundred percent project successes. However, you are certainly going to find that most of the software engineers are trying hard to get the 100% success rate but this seems to be impossible.
