In that report, it states that in January 2014, 10% of the mobile searched were related to that of the property search whereas in May 2014, the percentage increased to 40%. Useful and creative app as well as mobile-friendly websites have made mobile searches more comfortable and convenient on-the-go when compared with the desktop searches. The study also stated that young property seekers are searching their property on mobiles rather than using the desktop. According to the survey report, nearly 64% of mobile property searches were being done by the people in the age group 18 to 34 years. These stats show that mobile property searches could get more popular in future.
