Psychotic disorders very serious mental disorder

Seroquel is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of Psychotic disorders. Psychotic disorders are very serious mental disorder that may lead to abnormal thinking, behaviour and perception. Substance-induced psychotic disorder:- It is caused by drinking alcohol or any other substancer
Psychotic disorder due to a medical condition:- This type of disorder affect the brain and may cause improper functioning of the brain, head injury and brain tumour.

Symptoms of a Psychotic Disorderr
Many psychologist are of the statement that the main symptoms of Psychotic Disorder are hallucinations and delusions. Other symptoms are mania, confused thinking, depression, incoherent speech, mood swings, strange and dangerous behaviour, inability to express emotions, unusual movements, cold, no personal hygiene, problem with relationship, no interest in work and loss of interest in various activities.

The main causes of Psychotic Disorder is not known yet. But researcher are of the view that there is not specific causes for this problem but there are number of causes. Genetically and due to environment are considered to be the main causes. The Psychotic Disorder also follows the members in the families. In simple words this problem coming from generation to generation and still go on in the family. Environment factor may include stress, depression, drug abuse etc.
