RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchasing of all raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies, parts, etc.
Research and evaluate suppliersr
Negotiate and renegotiate contracts following Management direction and approvalr
Create and send purchase orders following internal proceduresr
Monitor Purchases through to and including deliveryr
Evaluate Supplier Performancer
Spare Parts Coordinator, includes managing software program and ordering of spare parts in alignment with Maintenance

Fixed Asset Coordinator, managing fixed assets, warranties, tagging of assets, etc.
Provide direct support to Management and the team in purchasing requirements for Production and Administrationr
Must have good written and oral communicationr
Must be able to work independentlyr
Attention to detailr
Ability to multi-talk, prioritize and manage time efficientlyr
Work with a Safety and Quality first attitude at all timesr
