IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY AND SNOWY DAY HERE! As I look outside I once again realize that my reality manifests from the future infinite field of possibilities through my words, my deeds, and my beliefs. I find increasingly that it only takes a simple positive adjustment of what I believe, what I do and what I say to create my awesome reality. As a being of spirit journeying through this physical plane I see and experience this manifestation more everyday!

Do you realize that your reality manifests from the future of all possibilities? It manifests through your words, your deeds and your beliefs. For you to create the reality of your dreams you must take care and positively adjust what you believe, what you do and what you say.

The “Keys to the Kingdom,” your awesome reality are CALMNESS OF MIND, JOY OF THE HEART, and PEACE OF SPIRIT. Once you become aware of these and learn to manifest these then you will see an abundance of everything that you are looking for and realize it was there all along.

You live in a belief-driven universe. The beliefs you have, most of which are ingrained in your subconscious mind, determine what you see. You are interpreting everything around you through the lens of your Perceptions, which are created from your Beliefs and your Paradigms. Your reality, your Praxis, manifests as a reflection of your Paradigms and your Programming.

You must realize that the quality of your reality will never exceed the quality of your thoughts, habits and behavior. If you change these three then by Universal Law you’ll change your reality.

James Allen has said “Calmness of Mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control.” Everything you want is available to you, but you won’t see it until you turn on the perception that allows you to see it. He also has asked “Who does not love a tranquil heart, a sweet-tempered, balanced life?” Joy of the heart, tranquility, is simply gratitude and gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life. It is absolutely necessary to express your gratitude for everything that you have and will receive. What is peace and where does it come from? Mr. Allen shares the following “Self-control is strength, Right thought is mastery, Calmness is power. Say unto your heart, Peace, be still.”

Thus to achieve Calmness, Joy and Peace you must develop a new awareness, you must change your belief paradigms so that your internal program can manifest your new praxis, your more positive vibrational level.

What follows is Mind Power Qigong Tapping that use the elements of mind power and qigong to stimulate and engage your conscious and subconscious minds to effectively create a new praxis, a new behavior and awareness that can lead you to calmness of mind, joy of the heart and peace of spirit.

Meridian Tapping is the ancient art of using your hands, fingers, stone or rod to tap (gently strike) along the lines of the meridians (Qi channels) or on specific meridian points (acupuncture points). There is both Yin Tapping and Yang Tapping depending which meridians you are tapping. The technique is quite simple, you first need to locate the meridian point and then gently tap on it with your finger tips. Since there are always two of each point, one on the right side and the other on the left side of the body, it is recommended that you tap one side first and then do the other.

To add mind power to the meridian tapping you will coordinate your breathing with a visualization and an affirmation that is directed towards attracting your desired results. The general process is best described as follows: 1. Begin tapping the meridian point, 2. inhale visualize and affirm, and 3. Exhale visualize and affirm; Then Repeat.

Gall Bladder 14 – This point is located on the forehead one fingers width above the eyebrow directly above the pupil. It is traditionally used to calm the spirit and release fear.

Stomach 16 – This point is located four fingers below the collarbone directly above the nipple. It is traditionally used to release melancholy feelings.

Gall Bladder 21 – This point is located on the trapezius muscle at the base of the neck, where the neck begins to curve upwards from the shoulder. Traditionally this point is often very tense due to the stress in one’s life. It is used to release emotional feelings such as irritability and the inability to cope.

Gall Bladder 20 – This point is located just below the occipital bone (base of the skull), in a little hollow between the two bands of muscles. It is traditionally used to release tension and strongly affects the consciousness.

Large Intestine 11 – This point is located in front of the elbow, bend the elbow until the crease is formed and you will find the point just below the outer edge of the crease. It is traditionally used for hypertension (high blood pressure) and to relieve depression.

Pericardium 6 – This point is found above the wrist on the inner arm, 2 finger widths above the wrist crease between the two bones of the forearm. It is traditionally used to help balance the Yin Regulator.

Lung 1 – this point is found below the collarbone just outside the the rib cage at one fingers width above the underarm. It is traditionally used to release grief, oppression, general holding onto emotions and encourages a relaxed and optimistic spirit.

Your goal is to change your paradigm, your multitude of habits so that you can experience calmness, joy and peace. The best way to do this is to visualize that you live in the abundance of the universe and show gratitude for everything you have and will receive from the universe. I suggest the following visualization and affirmation. But, remember you can create your own visualization and affirmation.

Visualization: imagine that you are standing in the sunlight being bathed by the warmth of its rays. When you inhale you can feel the warmth being absorbed by your body and permeating your self completely. When you exhale you feel yourself radiating warmth back to the universe.

Affirmation: during the inhalation say “I am grateful for calmness of mind…” and during the exhalation say “…joy of heart and peace of spirit.”

Begin by locating Gall Bladder 14 on your forehead one fingers width above your eyebrow directly above the pupil using whichever hand feels more comfortable. As you inhale begin tapping the point with your fingertips and imagine the sun’s warmth upon your face and body and say “I am grateful for calmness of mind…” and as you exhale continue tapping and imagine that you radiate warmth to the universe and say “…joy of heart and peace of spirit.”

It is recommended that you do ten or so breaths on each of the symmetric acupoints. Practice on one point for a few days until you have the process ingrained in your mind then expand to include a second or more acupoint.

It may take some practice doing all three things, tapping, visualizing and affirming, at the same time but with a little bit of practice you will begin to feel the dormant healing power, the qi, that flows to and through you from the universe.

Beginning TODAY! If you start your mind power qigong practice, as a serious practice, a practice of self- control, you will develop a new awareness, and you will see as a manifestation that you are making progress – IF YOU LOOK FOR IT!
