DESCRIPTION Maintains scheduling board by ensuring current information posted,rnprepares/distributes timesheets.rnUpdates/enter Maintenance labour information into Maximo andrnruns reports for Payroll. Updates/enters Production & Maintenancernlabor information into GoldKey for Payroll. Liaises with employeesrnregarding payroll.rnUpdates/creates Work Orders, PM’s and job plans as required.rnrepairs reports including Maintenance Operating Report,rnDelinquent report and others as requested.rnActs as a resource and provides training in the Maximo system for allrnMaintenance, Engineering and Production employees, as required.rnMaintains, organizes and updates Breakdown and Stores workrnLiaises with the Finance Department to ensure GL Account Codesrnand Labour Rates are accurate.rnMaintains Production/Clean PM’s (prints work orders & tags, gives tornWTL and requests anything due).rnCommunication/Liaison:rnLiaises with other departments to ensure timely resolution ofrndiscrepancies in quality-related documents and forms.rnArranges and participates in various meetings, preparing agendas,rnanticipating requirements, notifying participants, preparingrnpresentation aides and taking and distributing minutes.rnCo-operates or liaises with Quality and Maintenance staff in otherrnthe benefit to the organization. Other: Supports production payroll during vacation/illness.rnApplies the principles of Scanlon and Participative ManagementrnSupports and participates in the Continuous Improvement Process.rnComplies with company policies and procedures.rnPerforms other tasks as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary diploma in Quality, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination ofrneducation and experiencern2 years of related experience in a similar environmentrnDemonstrated ability to multi-task and pay attention to detailsrnExcellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and computer skills
