And the foods that you eat form both the basis of your physical health for you to stand upon in your life, but also your physical energy level for living life with. So this is why your diet is the first and foremost important thing to take into consideration for your self actualization and personal development. So here for your wellness and personal power are a list of the raw recipes I personally swear by on a daily basis and have been using for my own physical health, strength, and energy for years, to ensure that I feel the way that I want to feel every day, and have the ability to output the necessary energy to make my life what I want it to be! These recipes are all raw so no cooking is required, and they are extremely easy to prepare, fast, and since the ingredients are whole raw foods they are full of valuable nutrients, especially many nutrients that is not in normal cooked or processed foods, such as enzymes and other special nutrients that make these raw recipes superfoods for your body, mind and spirit. I hope you will enjoy using this valuable resource which will very easily provide you with the most fundamental foundation of your wellness to stand on during your personal development. The measurements are all approximations and should be toggled and calibrated to suit your own tastes, needs, style, resources/availability etc. Shamanic Warrior foodrnJuice CocktailsrnThese raw fruit and vegetable cocktails are a great way to start the day, or drink throughout for maximum health and energy! Simply put all the ingredients through a juicer and mix them all together! Add or omit ingredients and change measurements to suit your liking! Simply combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
