These recipes are all raw so no cooking is required, and they are extremely easy to prepare, fast, and since the ingredients are whole raw foods they are full of valuable nutrients, especially many nutrients that is not in normal cooked or processed foods, such as enzymes and other special nutrients that make these raw recipes superfoods for your body, mind and spirit. I hope you will enjoy using this valuable resource which will very easily provide you with the most fundamental foundation of your wellness to stand on during your personal development. The measurements are all approximations and should be toggled and calibrated to suit your own tastes, needs, style, resources/availability etc.

Juice Cocktails
These raw fruit and vegetable cocktails are a great way to start the day, or drink throughout for maximum health and energy! Simply put all the ingredients through a juicer and mix them all together! Add or omit ingredients and change measurements to suit your liking!

General Mixed Juice cocktail:

Medium Bunch of Organic Carrots (3-7 Carrots)

1 – 3 Of any Red apples
1 Cucumber
1 Zucchini
2-3 Ribs of Celery
½ Cup Pomegranate seeds (optional)
1 Small beet (Optional)
1 Cup of Purple Cabbage (Optional)
2 Cups of Grapes (optional)
¼ of a squash (optional)
Herbs and spices to taste (ie ginger, cinnamon, basil, etc) (optional)

Extreme Tropical Fruit Juice Cocktail

2 Apple
1 Cucumber
1 Yellow Zucchini
1/3 – ½ a pineapple
3 or more Cups of Grapes
1-3 Kiwi
2 Cups strawberries
1 Cup mango or 2-3 peaches (cored) or 1 – 2 oranges
1 Pear (Optional)
Coconut juice (optional)
Ginger (Optional)

Mean Green Warriors cocktail

3 Granny Smith apples
1 Cucumber
1 green zucchini
3 ribs of celery
1 Green bell pepper
1 small green chili
1 large broccoli stem
¼ of a head of green cabbage
1 Bunch of green grapes
1-2 Kiwi
1 Lime
Any other green vegetables (asparagus, kale, spinach or any other leafy greens, etc)
2-3 large organic carrots (optional)
Ginger (optional)
1 very small clove of garlic (or small piece of garlic) (optional)
Any medicinal herbs you wish to add

The Primordial Soup – Raw Green Vegetable Soup

The following is a great lunch, appetizer, or side dish! Simply put the following ingredients into a food processor or blender filled 1/3rd full with water (and add extra water to get the consistency you wish).

1 Cucumber, peeled
1 zucchini – peeled
1 avocado
1-2 Onion slices (warning, do not use more than a small amount)
1 very small clove of garlic (or piece of garlic) (warning, do not use more than a small amount)
3-5 Ribs of Celery
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 – 1 ½ Cup Kale, Spinach, mustard greens, swiss chard, escarole, rappi or any other leafy greens
1 Small green Chili (Optional)
½ of a lemons Juice – Optional
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 pinch turmeric
Any Green Herbs (preferably Fresh) To taste (ie Parsley, Basic, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, etc)

The Shamanic Elixir -
The Raw Superfood Smoothie

These Raw fruit smoothies are a great way to refuel or stay supercharged during stressful days, or make a great meal replacer during a diet. Simply combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

Approximately four (or more) cups of mixed frozen fruit, preferably a tropical blend

1 Banana
1 Cup Raw juice
½ – 1 Cup rooibos, holy basil, licorice, chai, white tea, green tea or any other medicinal herbal tea
1 cup almond or other non dairy milk
1-2 cups grapes
¼ – ½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
1 Kiwi (Optional)
1 – 2 cups of any berries (Optional)
½ cup kale, spinach, or any leafy greens (optional)
½ Cup any cultured yogurt (optional)
Coconut water/juice (optional)
Nutritional Yeast (Optional)
