Ingredients:
• Half a cup of cooking oil
• A tablespoon of fennel seeds
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• Belly of pork, 2 1/2 kg
• A tablespoon of coriander seeds
• 2 whole pieces of star anise
• A teaspoon of grated ginger
• 3 pieces of rice plums
• 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 tablespoons of brown sugar

Cooking Procedure:
Begin by preparing the oven and preheating it to about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, slice the skin of the pork, with a crosswise cut. Rub some oil and low-sodium soy sauce all over the pork.
