Because it is not in your make-up to be anything less than authentic and though you have made yourself give it a good try, you are failing dismally at it, as your numbers show you day by day by day…

And you know what I am saying is right because deep inside, you have been sensing that you are not connecting heart to heart with your people but you are scared to go there…

Scared to face that darkness inside of you on a consistent basis…

You have faced some of it and won but there is more and you are avoiding it…

Telling yourself that you need to focus on all the back end stuff in your business…

Or you bury yourself in your unfulfilling career and tell yourself that you do not have the time to build the ministry, business you feel called to…

Scared to be the leader - champion you are born to be.

Nothing you have been through is wasted…

Every single little hurt, pain, joy, triumph is a part of you because it can support and help someone else…

You know you are called to change lives.

And your story is part of how you get through to them.

Your story makes you flesh and blood, rather than some solid block of impossible attainment.

You are veering too much on the side of impossible attainment at the moment and so people go elsewhere to work with someone who makes them feel like it is possible to overcome their current difficulties.
