Stains can make your teeth looking ugly and your smile unattractive. If you want a pearly white, bright and shiny pair of teeth, you must take care of your teeth. Taking care of teeth includes removing stains from it. Smoking, tea, coffee, red wine and some foods can make your teeth stained. Fortunately, there are some teeth whitening kits available in the market and also online, which help to remove even the most difficult stains from the outer surface of your teeth. However, along with using best teeth whitening kit, you need to quit bad habits such as smoking, drinking tea or coffee etc. It would help you keep stains away from depositing on the teeth. - Avoid foods that can affect the color of your teeth. You should also quit smoking and drinking, as stated earlier. Although, it is tough to quit such habits, yet you need to quit them to maintain the health of your teeth.
- Use good and effective fluoride-based toothpaste. Age defying toothpaste can be a better option, because it contains baking soda. As you know, baking soda is a very good bleaching agent. It bleaches your teeth and removes difficult stains from it. It also helps to rebuild the enamel of your teeth by eliminating plaques and stains. You must try this toothpaste.
- Brush after eating. It helps to wash off food particles and keep them from depositing and staining your teeth. This way, you can also keep tartar and plaques away. You must brush and floss your teeth for at least three times a day, if you have stained teeth. However, you can brush as many times as you want. Teeth whitening kits can also help you to remove stains from the teeth. You can use a mouthwash on regular basis to keep your mouth germ-free. It would help you to keep your breath fresh.
- Teeth whitening strips are good for keeping your teeth stain-free. Leave the strip on your teeth for half an hour; use it two times everyday. Dentists also recommend best teeth whitening strips for keeping the teeth whiter and brighter.
- Dental bleaching is another good, but expensive option for teeth whitening. You can’t do this at your home; it needs you to go to a dentist’s chamber. It would be better for you to avoid this option, unless you have dental insurance.
