Review of the Xerox 3210 and Xerox 3220

The Xerox 3210 is the cheapest multifunctional printer you can buy today from the renowned Xerox company.

These days you can easily get one for just under 400 dollars which is simply a steal! Why? Well let me tell you what you're going to get for that money.

You get a multifunction printer which can print / copy and sca
A4 documents. It's got 128MB of RAM which is really useful if you want to print fast, but you can expand that for up to 384MB of RAM. Now 384 MB of RAM is the amount you used to get in professional large printers and copy machines from not so long ago. The fact that you can get this in a small desk multifunction printer is amazing. You'll be able to print out large sized documents very fast. Remember many of the times, printing speed is limited by processing speed and not by the speed of the printer itself.

The printer also comes with USB 2.0 connectivity AND Ethernet LAN 10/100MB interface! So you can also share this printer amongst your entire LAN Network. That accounts for a lot of money saved, since you don't have to buy a printer for each computer, or be able to use the printer from only one desk.

The resolution is also very good, it has a resolution of 1200dpi which is very good for a printer at this price. The printer is also very fast. The first page is printed in 9.5 seconds. But that's just the start of it. The printer can print up to 24 pages pe minute! That is very fast! It can print a page almost every 2 seconds. At this speed you can print a book in 15 minutes. An entire book can be printed in 15 minutes on your desk multifunctional printer. Amazing.

Another cool thing is that it can also print on 160g paper which is thicker and looks much better than the standard one. It's got a 250/500 page A4 Tray, depending on what you go for, so you will rarely fill it up with paper.

But we haven't talked about one of the coolest things about this multifunction printer, the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder). How does the ADF work? Well you just put a stack of papers inside it and it will do the job of scanning them very fast. It also comes with a flatbed scanner as well, so if your documents are fragile, don't worry you can still scan them on the Xerox 3210

The machine also has a big brother, the Xerox 3220 which is even faster! It can print up to 28 pages per minute. That's fast even by copy machine standards, trust me.

These machines use toner, so not only are they cheap to buy, but also they are cheap to run. Toner is 2 times at least lesse expensive than ink.
