The common problem in women is osteorosis. Osteoporosis is a problem that causes bones to become abnormally weak, thin and easily broken that can lead to fractured. After menopause women are at higher risk of osteoporosis, it is so because after menopause the level of estrogen in the body lower down. Estrogen is a female hormone that help to maintain bone mass.
