These imported rafts give a tough fight to the bubbly water of the Ganga river. It is also necessary to ensure that the raft is of good quality, else it may calls on unexpected dangers.

Brahmpuri, Shivpuri, Marine Drive and Kaudiyala are the four popular rafting stretches in Rishikesh. Brahmpuri and Shivpuri are the stretches that allure beginners whereas Marine Drive and Kaudiyala are for those who know the basic skills of rafting. Brahmpuri is around 9 km stretch and offers around 2 hours of expedition. For a long rapid, tourists can choose Shivpuri, which is around 16 km in distance and take approximate 3 hours. Marine Drive and Kaudiyala are combatively long and involve great risk.

Organizers do provide safety equipments, safety guide, water and snacks for the middle meal. To add more fun to the trip, tourists can also enjoy camping along with rafting in Rishikesh. Global recognition of Rishikesh as an adventure destination is the evidence that rafters love to visit this place for experienceing the thrill of adventure.
