How natural training will help improve your athlete abilities

Part of a new western New York TV series on insurance and complementary health.

According to John Opfer a CPT, and owner of Proformance Sports Training, taking the natural way to develop your body, is happening all across the country in today’s new athletic programs. Greg Speranza, the Director of Business Operations, and has an extensive background in education and in coaching sports. Called “Proformance Sports Training,” the natural way of training and developing your athlete abilities, without the use of drugs in your program. Exploring “natural athletic training” is just one episode of a 41-episode insurance series exploring complementary health topics ranging from the practical to the metaphysical. The ABC’s of Insurance Complementary Health Series is hosted by Lester J. Robinson and airs Tuesday May 31, at 8:30pm, Thursday May 26 at 6:30pm and Friday May 27, at 2:00pm on Niagara County’s LCTV Channel 20. The series also airs Wednesday May 25, at 10:35pm on Erie County’s Adelphia Channel 20.

In Opfer’s appearance in the series, he actually demonstrates many different types of his exercise programming for the viewing audience with testimonials from the parents, and students of how his programs has helped to improve their athletic ability. John Opfer CPT also explains how a natural athletic programs works and how it complements the students in normal sports training programs.

Other programs in The ABC’s of Insurance Complementary Health Series explore self-help stress relief techniques ranging from meditation, organic food, cooking and Rieki to self healing with Bruno Groening Circle of Friends to medical practices including special programs set up by health insurance company. This is an interactive TV series at WWW.CHSWLR.COM. The basic idea of an interactive TV show with using the Internet is to bring the next level of TV to Western New York now. Presently interactive shows are being test marketed around the country. The shows are set up for being a total interactive show once the technology becomes more available in Western New York. Once this happens “The ABC’s of Insurance” will be one of the first shows in Western New York to be interactive.
