Sorce talked about how she works with the clients to help explain the many services available to their customers. Exploring “Future of Health Care” is just one episode of a 41-episodes insurance series exploring complementary health topics ranging from the practical to the metaphysical. The ABC’s of Insurance Complementary Health Series is hosted by Lester J. Robinson and airs Tuesday June 7, at 8:30pm, Thursday June 2, at 6:30pm and Friday June 3, at 2:00pm on Niagara County’s LCTV Channel 20. The series also airs Wednesday June 1, at 10:35pm on Erie County’s Adelphia Channel 20.

In Walkowiak and Sorce appearance in the series, they actually talk about the many different types of services available to their members. These services range from flex plan, how to reduce stress, to discounts on health clubs, and other Complementary Health Services discounts. They both talked about the information available to their customers on their web site and magazine that can help their customers to start on the road to a healthy life style, and upcoming healths events that are designed as ways to become a healthier person. They both talk about the importance of prevention in one’s owner health care plan.

The basic idea of an interactive TV show with using the Internet is to bring the next level of TV to Western New York now. Presently interactive shows are being test marketed around the country. The shows are set up for being a total interactive show once the technology becomes more available in Western New York. Once this happens “The ABC’s of Insurance” will be one of the first shows in Western New York to be interactive.
