Rupinder Singh Khurana, is a London based Chef who is working in a leading luxury hotel. He is 35 yrs old and is settled in London since past 8 years. Rupinder Singh Khurana originally hails from Liverpool where he was born and did his schooling. Born to doctor parents, everybody including his family and friends expected him to follow the footsteps of his parents and become a doctor. He however, had other plans for himself. He surprised everyone when he disclosed his desire to pursue a course in hotel management right after completing his schooling. His family was not only surprised but was also against his decision. After some failed attempts to dissuade him from joining the course, his family accepted his decision. After successfully completing his course, he took up a job in Sydney with a hotel and went on to work there for three years. He finally decided to come back to London. By now, he had gained considerable experience in the industry and has gained substantial theoretical knowledge as well. That’s the reason, finding a job didn’t prove to be a difficult task for him. He started working with a luxury hotel chain where he is now working as a senior chef. With a successful career, he has managed to shatter all the myths that his parents had. He is happy and satisfied with the way his career has shaped up.
