Over the years, I have taken the time to spend deep reflection on all my relationships with friends and family. I enjoy looking at my life through a different lens as I evolve and embrace the lessons I’ve learned along the way. As the seasons change, so do we. We grow into different people based on our life’s lessons.
Every time I’m with my 92 year old Mom , I’m reminded of her strength, courage, love and tenacity. I’m reminded of the lessons she must have learned over her amazing life. She’s been through so much and survived The Great Depression. My mom also was a hard-working woman and had her own struggles. Now, looking back on my life and seeing my courage. I certainly see where I got this from!
However, I must say that my generation was quite different and I chose a very different path and that was to look at the things that weren’t working in my life and to make the shifts. I started my journey of self-exploration at the age of 30 and never looked back!
Now, many years later, I’ve embraced my strength and courage and I took back all my power, asked for forgiveness and learned to love myself first and then others. I’m so passionate about the work I do today, where I can hold my clients in a very sacred, special place they feel safe and unconditional love for them. My heart’s desire is to see my clients embrace all of who they are and all that they’re becoming! Because of all the changes I’ve received in my life, it’s made me a better Mom, ex-wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and coach.
Well, I have to admit that from doing this work as a coach, its very apparent to me that not everyone likes change. We fight against it, we run away from it and it’s usually because it’s the UNKNOWN. We want to stay safe and stick with what we know, even if it’s not always the best option. Playing it safe can be staying at a job that makes us miserable, playing it safe can be not venturing out to make new friends, or playing it safe can be staying in an unfulfilling or abusive relationship.
There’s Love on the Other Side of Fear!
As you grow in life, you learn that many times your the only one who holds you back from GROWING, you miss out on so many opportunities because of your fears. Changes are exciting, learn to embrace them! Yes, we make mistakes…we slip and fall, but just pick yourself right up and start over again.

It’s time to WORK on YOU!
IT’S TIME TO GROW!
1. Where are you in your life right now? Are you a caterpillar crawling slowing to the “other side” or are you moving full speed ahead into your greatness of big beautiful butterfly?
2. What would the mature woman that I am today say to the 20 year old version of myself? Think back on things you’ve learned that you probably didn’t know then.
3. What advice would I give to myself as a 10 year old child?
4. After meditating on your life through a different lens, what does the new you look like five years from now?
5. Write down whatever comes up-your worries, your sadness, your excitement, your hopes-is a great way to learn about yourself through the vehicle of fear and to remember that fear almost always comes alongside anything worth doing in your life.

Years ago, I found the courage to begin to change my life, by committing to this wonderful journey of self-discovery. But my dramatic life changes didn't occur until I found Debbie Ford's revolutionary techniques through the The Ford Institute at JFK University. That courageous decision paved the way for me to explore myself, to heal my heart, and to live a fulfilled life as a Certified Master Integrative Coach, specializing in healing relationships using a cutting edge process called "Spiritual Divorce". Today, I am a living testament to the effectiveness of this practice, having gone through it myself after many, many years of marriage.
I have appeared as a guest on the "OPRAH WINFREY" show, where I’ve shared my story of personal transformation. Living with integrity led to this powerful experience, when I was able to discuss with Oprah and her audience what is possible when you keep your word.
Living with integrity also led to one of the most powerful experiences of my life, the privilege of appearing on The Oprah Winfrey Show to discuss what is possible when you keep your word.
Whether you're in need of life coaching or relationship coaching, I am here to help. If you are ready to create the life of your dreams, I'm ready to support you.
