Passion

This is the first ingredient you need in selecting the right MLM company for you. There are many different companies, and there is not one company that is right for everyone. So, in order to know which company you would potentially succeed in, let’s go through the rest of the elements you need to consider for you to feel comfortable and motivated.

Longevity

Most companies, whether they are an MLM or any other, will not be able to succeed beyond the 5 year mark. That’s right, 90% close their doors before they get to celebrate their 5th anniversary. How long has the company, you are looking at, been in business? Are they listed in the Better Business Bureau? What’s their ranking amongst the MLM businesses? It is possible that your potential selection does not have the length of time in business, might not be yet listed with the Better Business Bureau, or not even in the top 10 of the rankings, but it should have at least one of those characters to move on to your next vital element.

Sell ability

Since you are passionate about what you are looking at, the “company” is stable and growing, what more do you need? The “product/service” must appeal to more than just you! Remember it won’t appeal to everyone, but you must be able to attract more than 1 or 2 people. The next criteria would be consumable. If the product/service is not needed more than once every year or so, and does not appeal to many people, you have not found an MLM that will enable you to retire from your J-O-B any time soon.

Duplicability

This is essential in any MLM business. Will you be able to teach anyone you “sponsor” into your down line what you have done? There are many ways to accomplish this task, but the best, in my opinion, is the process of scripts that you follow or videos that do the work for you. You have to make the scripts your own. It has to be in your personality to make it believable, but is basically a step-by-step that keeps you on the right track to get the information to your prospects. The videos are the absolute easiest, once they are made. Once you have them recorded, and posted to your site on-line, and have all the information (just like the script), you let the video do the work. The duplicability of your work is done, but like everything else, is not for everyone. Video cameras terrify some people, but this does not mean that the video has to be you. Perhaps you have someone you could “direct”; you could become a movie maker.

Payout.

You must get a good, quick start to whatever business you finally decide on. If most MLMers do not receive compensation for their work within the first 90 days, they will usually go on to another business out of frustration, or just go back to their J-O-Bs.

Make wise choices, do your research. The MLM industry has something for everyone, and will not be saturated any time soon. Not everyone will join whatever company you choose, not everyone will buy your “products/services”, but if this is your chosen path, my best wishes are sent your way!!!
