Self Esteem On A Woman Is So "Attractive"
Written by Lilly White
He's Abusive
I have received some distressful emails lately that are of some concern. This subject is about women being abused. I am not a therapist but I am a woman who has lived a lot of years and seen these types of relationships. They are devastating and very dangerous!
These women must get out anyway that they can. They must seek help and be determined enough to run for there lives. I feel helpless to help, I am not a therapist, but my heart feels for them, I will not abandon these women. I can only be there for them to support them on getting out.
There are women's shelters just about everywhere that this woman can go. If any of you are in these types of relationships,
"PLEASE" get out as soon as possible. You are wasting precious time that we humans can not afford to waste. I cannot help these women if they don't get out first and seek help.
I am a coach not a therapist, so I cannot help these women like I wish I could.
I would love to hear back some feed back on what I can do to help these women.
Famous Classy Woma
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis
I was only 12 yrs old when Pres. Kennedy died, but I remember how his death affected not just the USA, but the world. The feeling of sadness and loss was so real. The Oklahoma bombing and the two towers is the only other tragedies that stretches across the world with this feeling of loss and sadness.
Jacqueline Kennedy was my heroine. I looked up to her growing up. I watched and followed her till her death in 1994, which also reached out and affected the world.
Her children Caroline and John were not the only children she had. Jackie had a miscarriage before Caroline and a still born before John.
She was well educated and always kept an open mind to continue learning everyday of her life.
Her charm and finesse were outstanding. Jackie always dressed with "CLASS" treated others with respect and compassion. What a wonderful mother she was, this is very "CLASSY".
Jackie loved herself first, this was very attractive to men, She was not the most beautiful physically but because of her charm, independence, compassion and confidence to do what she felt right, this caused everyone to see her as beautiful. Jackie raised her children the way she felt was right. She refused to let the Kennedy's control how she lived her life and how she raised her children. Jackie"s STRENGTH was awesome.
She was pursued by lots of powerful men. You never heard of her going from one man to another. Aristotle Onassis was the only one she let in after John Kennedy. Jackie was "The Classiest Woman" of her time.
"NOW" lets talk about MEN!
I've been getting emails about when to call a man. Well Ladies my feelings and experiences with this subject is, "NEVER" call the man when you are first dating. Let him call you, this way you know he is truly interested.
If he asks for your number and then doesn't call, consider him just being polite, or maybe he's just not sure how he feels as of yet. If this is just your first date with him, then you must approach this as a casual date and getting to know if you even want to go out together again. Please ladies don't think of him as a boyfriend or possible marriage prospect. Most of all DON'T "SLEEP" with him on this first date, this is one of the reasons we become so emotional after a first date. Our bodies let of a hormone that makes us feel so close to a man when we have had sex with him. This scares the heck out of a man when a woman calls and pursues him after the first date and having had sex. So please become a "CLASSY WOMAN". If you sleep with him the first time you meet him he will most likely not call again and if he does it will be for a "BOOTY" call.
I would love to hear some of you comments and stories on this subject. Go to contact me on my Website. theclassywoman.com.

Quit Inflicting “BUT” on Yourself!
While I was waiting for my dance class to start, I watched an instructor patiently coach a couple through what was obviously one of their first lessons. The instructor was having them do a “box step,” which is what it sounds like. A “box” made with your feet. It consists of two parts, a forward half box and a backward half box. Each half box has three steps: a step forward or backward, a step to the side, and a step to close the feet together. The instructor was counting out
