Thus can get conclusion that shoes can affect foot health. There are some kinds of shoes not suitable for wearing.
High heel shoes with 10cm: wear high heel shoes more than 5cm, because the heel is lifting up, the focus fall on the forefoot palm, make the stable of ankle go bad, easy to damage the ankle. Not only this, it can has an effect on knee too, because the line of focus falls on front of it, therefore the knee easy to have the situation which will go against back, means straight excessive, it make joint accelerate attrition and degeneration in advance. In addition, the pelvis can have toward the ante version phenomenon, causes the buttocks toward to go up, lumbar vertebra excessively curved, accelerate lumbar vertebra joint oppression and shorten the muscle length of back, the underbelly muscle relaxation, has backache's phenomenon. So, if you wear high heel shoes more than 10cm, should add some insoles which can alleviate the stress inside the shoes, such as silicone gasket, that able to ease the stress of forefoot palm.
Super thin plats: while we are walking with super thin plats, you can feel the cushion of heel through legs bones and spine, and finally reach head. As the heel low, heel will withstand over 60% of body weight when the time of landing, the more you walking, the cushion caused ankle, knee, joint and waist to have the ache. at last, the plantar ligament degenerate and bone tissue, make heel pain. You can select the shoes with 3-5cm heels, that the most appropriate for foot health.
Platform shoes: the soles of platform shoes are too thick, they are easy to lose balance when walking, lead to sprained foot joint, foot bones or ligaments. A research institute of Japan has discover, there are about 23% of women because wearing platform shoes to lose balance when walking in the street, falling on the floor, making injured. Had better to select shoes with large sole area and evener, that can protect you from injure, if wear shoes lower than 5cm, it is the best.
Four important points should be taken an consideration: toe the higher, the better, toes in the toe to bend slightly, allow to keep 0.5-1cm of space for toe activity; do not ignore the ruggedness in the front part and waist of shoes, meanwhile the shoes should not too narrow, leave a little room; select soft leather especially under the part of ankle; and the part of heel must be hard, so that can protect feet.
High-heeled shoes are not suitable to wear every day, for women wear high heeled-shoes 2 hours every day would be appropriate, could not affect health. Might as well prepare for a pair of comfortable plats and heel shoes in the office, take turns to wear, alleviate foot tired.
