Then you should turn your torso and shoulders towards your stretched foot. • Next step is to slowly dip down into the lunge until your front leg is bent at angle of 90 degrees. • After bending the leg you should then hold the lunge for a second. • Another interesting step you should undergo when working out your inner thighs is to lift yourself out of the lunge by using your knee and leg muscles. • As working out the inner thighs involves a lot of stretching, you should then place your body weight over your back leg and lift your front leg to return it to the original position. • Then you should repeat the same procedure with the left foot to ensure that the leg is also in the same status with the other leg. This is important because when you ignore it will become weak and inflexible. • Lastly, you should ensure that you repeat these side steps inner thigh workout as many times as possible without any failures.
