• An applicant must have received an offer letter from the university in Singapore
• An applicant must hold a valid passport that should be valid for the next three months after the study course
• An applicant must have an In-principal approval letter
• An applicant must possess required standardized test scores
• An applicant must have a medical certificate in the ICA format

Apply for the Singapore Student Visa:

To apply for a Singapore student visa, students are required to have all the mentioned below documents that are required for the student visa procedure:

• Proof of sufficient funds required to complete the course
• Two recent passport size photographs
• A copy of the birth certificate
• SOP and updated CV
• Minimum three Letters of Recommendation
• Degree certificates and academic transcripts
• Travel and health insurance
• Vaccination certificates in the current scenario
• Printed copy of the eForm 16 and Form V36 (from SOLAR)

4 Key Steps to Apply for a Singapore Student Visa:

Step 1: Students are required to submit the visa application to the Student Pass Online Application and Registration i.e., SOLAR. It is the official registration system for international students. It takes nearly 4 working weeks for the processing of the visa application.

Step 2: Depending on the chosen course and the university, students will be required to appear for the pre-visa interview with the Singapore Embassy.

Step 3: If the student clears the interview, he/she will be eligible for a student visa and a student visa will be sent via courier. Students can also collect it from the Embassy.

Step 4: Students are required to submit the Singapore Student Visa to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) two months prior to the commencement of the academic session.
