Incorporation of the smart contracts that became a big thing after Ethereum enables the application of the business logic on blockchain easily. A developer needs to understand the linear data structure, acyclic Graph, etc.
Blockchain developer must be an expert in simplifying the methodologies to carry them successfully at each new level.Strong knowledge of STL, C++11 is a plus. With the market flooded withblockchain-based applications and crowdfunding, the demand of the developers has also increased. Hiring blockchain developer is crucial; many sites are coming up which post only the blockchain jobs.
