Sleep Right or Die Early

Pillows: Killing us softly.
This is not just a catchy title but a fact. You can not live well unless you sleep well!
“We die without sleep”! Our organs shut down without sleep!
Proven by a researcher who kept animals awake from 6 months to 30 months and stated “they did not die from not sleeping; they all died from organ failure”.
If they all died from Organ failure then Sleep has a major impact on our lives.
Why blame pillows for killing us?
Pillows are the major link to poor sleep worldwide.
So "How can pillows kill us?"
Pillows are a major transmitter of diseases that can kill us and the poor support given keeps us from reaching our deep sleep level where the brain heals us each night.
The common bed pillow is the biggest culprit as it is the most common pillow used for sleeping and is poorly designed for sleeping. Many researchers have found mould, mildew; dust mites and bacteria live in pillows. We infect ourselves each night when we re-fluff our bed pillows, puffing the bacteria into the air we breathe.
All types of diseases are transmitted through pillows. Pillows coming from other countries could carry any disease from that country without anyone knowing. Just think about the bird flue, killing thousands, coming into the country through a simple feather bed pillow.
We need a pillow to support the weight of the head and keep our neck in alignment so the brain can rejuvenate the body while we sleep. To do this each night is a necessary part of our life cycle.
When we fight our pillows, we toss and turn; we don’t get into our deep sleep cycle early enough for the brain to help our body.
We each need a pillow custom fitted to our body structures and our preferred sleep positions. This reduces turnovers therefore deeper sleep.
The Align-Right Pillow Company in Kitchener, Ontario has 5 sizes of sleeping pillows with charts and proven results for over 15 years.
Yes, the common bed pillows are “Killing us softly” but there is a solution.
