India is a famous for its natural beauty and Indian beaches are an extension of that beauty. Goa beaches are one of the most popular destinations among tourists to spend their New Year eve. Kerala beaches are famous for their serenity. Andaman and Nicobar Islands are famous for its virgin beaches and coral reefs. Tours to India and spend some quality time on holidays in India.
The Arabian Sea in the west coast and the Bay of Bengal in east coast offer tourists variety of beaches to choose from. Enjoy the happening night life of Goa or just lay down on the sun kissed beaches of Kerala to soak some sun. A trip to Mumbai’s famous Juhu beach is a must for every tourist traveling to India. The peaceful southern end of this place is preferred for bathing and the northern end is famous for Anjuna Flea Market. There are many small cafes and handicrafts shops are present. Situated on the Malabar Coast of Kerala is the quiet and mesmerizing Kovalam Beach. Kovalam is a picture perfect beach, with coconut palms surrounding the beautiful blue water. It is an ideal destination for relaxing and rejuvenating oneself. Water sports are very famous among tourist visiting Kovalam. One can enjoy surfing, swimming in high tides and skiing. One can also explore the handicrafts and jewellery shops spread around Kovalam . Ayurvedic massages and spas are also a major tourist attraction here.
Mumbai is the financial capital of India and is most famous for Bollywood- the Indian movie industry. Mumbai has many famous beaches like Versova , Chowpatti, Madh Islands, Aksa and Juhu. The largest and most famous among these is Juhu Beach. On a trip to Juhu one can enjoy horse riding, acrobats, monkey dance, cricket matches and much more. Spotting a film shoot is also very much possible as it is very popular shooting locations among film makers of Mumbai. Juhu beach has many eating joints where one can relish local delicacies like Pao Bhaji, Pani puri, Bhelpuri etc.
