The Law costs draftsman’s work is essential to people. They are the ones who help people in their court cases needs. But not all people can afford the expenses in getting a law costs draftsman. This is one of the most coercing factors that hinder people in getting law costs draftsman assistance.

The Ministry of Justice publicly states the details of the free CAP which will be given to claimants on April 2013. On that same day, the government will extend the benefits of charges based agreements to claimants.

The details of fee caps that the Ministry Of Justice had released include the 25% cap for charges involving personal impairment claims. This provision does not include damages for imminent protection and loss. The 25% cap on personal claim will benefit both the solicitor and the law costs draftsman. This cap will only be used by claimants for net charges once the Department of Work and Pension had collected all necessary documentations that will support the claim. With this, the law costs draftsman will have to show a well presented list of law costs that were used for the court case.

Solicitor or costs lawyer serves as a mediator between the client and the case court. He is the one who performs the transactions of presenting evidences and guides people within the court proceedings. Each costs lawyer’s work is being regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to make sure that each one of them is doing their job accordingly.

There are also additional fees connected once you avail a solicitor’s service either the case is successful or unsuccessful. In case a client has limited resources, he can ask the solicitor to avail the conditional fee agreement which is also known as the “no win no pay” agreement.
On the other hand, if in an instance that the case proceeding is successful then the client will have to pay extra charges to the solicitor depending on their agreement.
