Whatever we do in life our ultimate goal is to be happy.

Happiness is probably one of the most important things we search for.

Other health benefits that a positive attitude provides include, increased lifespan, combating depression, and stronger immunity against disease, common colds and other ailments.

Your thoughts are key to creating your reality. They are the controlling factor in what you manifest in your life.
Mahatma Gandhi said "A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes."

Your external world is a reflection of the thoughts, attitudes and beliefs you hold within your inner world.
