Here are some of the t-shirt printing processes available with us: ·Screen printing: A screen is made from a finely woven transparent fabric, stretched over a wooden frame. The basic design is traced over this screen, with the remaining part of the screen being covered with a non-permeable material. Then a squeegee is used to pull the color over the design and thus ink is left over the t-shirt’s surface. ·Direct to Garment (DTG) printing: In this process, the image is printed directly over the t-shirt’s surface. This method is more flexible than screen printing, as more colors can be used in a design. ·Heat transfer printing: In this method, ink is first transferred to a carrier paper. When enough pressure and heat is applied to this paper, the ink is transferred on to the t-shirt.
