Taste Difference of Organic and Other Teas
Written by Allen Yu
First, distinguish from tea brewing resistance and taste, leaf bottom.
1. Organic tea is smooth in the throat and returns quickly. Non-organic tea will have a bit of throat (lock throat), thick tongue after drinking (feel a layer of material stuck on the tongue), almost no sweetness, and fewer amino acids (due to pesticide, fertilizer, hormone growth ).
2. Non-organic tea is light and tasteless after 3-5 bubbles. The 1-2 bubbles of Laomane Organic Mountain Tea have a light taste, 3-8 bubbles are strong, after 10 bubbles, the strength is strong, the color and fragrance are not reduced, the more the bubble is more sweet, the general non-organic tea table is lignified leaves after the bubble Too.
3. After brewing tea for many times, turn the cover cup upside down to check the bottom of the leaf. The bottom of the organic tea leaf is intact. Smell the bottom of the leaf, organic tea leaves have a tea fragrance without any smell, and the taste is fresh and natural. The bottom of non-organic tea leaves has a odor and no tea fragrance.
4. After the tea soup cools, we can try the taste. Organic tea cold tea soup is sweet and refreshing, while non-organic tea cold tea soup has jerky tongue and throat lock.
5. Cold tea test (soaked in cold boiled water or mineral water for a long time). After a long cold soak in organic tea, the aroma is not smelly, and the cold tea soup is sweet and refreshing. It is on the contrary to non-organic tea.
6. After drinking organic tea, throat rhythm is obvious, tea soup is supple. Non-organic tea locks the throat and discomfort on the tip of the tongue, the tip of the tongue is thick, and the tongue is pinched.
Second. Comparison of management of general non-organic tea gardens and organic tea gardens.
Tea plantations using herbicides have soil compaction, severe hardening, and no vitality. The soil and water in the tea garden are eroded, and the ground is covered with moss. The entire tea garden is smooth and unfavorable for soil and water conservation. There are many kinds of pests and natural enemies in the tea garden environment. Under natural environmental conditions, they restrict each other and are in a relatively balanced state. Extensive use of herbicides can kill a large number of natural enemies of pests indiscriminately, severely disrupt the ecological balance of farmland, and lead to increased resistance to pests. It seriously pollutes the ecological environment and destroys the natural ecological balance of it.
