What is the basics behind many of my most successful healing programs ? - This is what am going to share with you. Understanding this basic will lead to healing Snoring, TMJ, Tooth grinding, Neck problems, Dizziness and Vertigo, Migraine and Headaches, Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, Fibromyalgia and even high blood pressure.

This same knowledge can be used to work on several conditions by understanding the basics behind these simple programs.

This is the basic body function - muscles move the bones by orders from the nerves. The muscles stay still if the nerves do not order them to move the bones. Unless the nerves connected to the muscles tell them to create tension so that the bones can be moved, the muscles will always stay relaxed. But if the muscles are tense, they'll stay stiff until told by the nerves to relax.

Usually this system works extremely well. The problem is when for some reason the muscles stay either tense or unused for a long period of time. The most common problem are back and neck problems. But the fact is that most health problems are probably at least partly caused by chronic tension in some muscles.

There are four major problems that muscle tension can cause:

1) The bones and body are moved by muscles. Wrong body position will be the result of long periods of tension in these muscle groups. Other muscles around the area will be made to compensate as these tense muscles can't do their normal job. The head pointing too much forwards is a common problem for most people, due to which muscle groups such as the jaw muscles will be relied on to balance the head – a work normally done by the neck muscles if they are not tense. This is one of the root causes for TMJ / other jaw problems. If jaw muscles are tense, the muscles around apply pressure on the breathing passages and snoring is the end result. One of the main causes of dizziness and vertigo is the wrong positioning of the head which gives rise to imbalance in the balance system of the ears and the eyes.

2) Blood flow will be prevented by tense muscles as they will actually block, instead of supporting the veins delivering oxygen to every cell in the body. This is especially injurious with muscles that can prevent blood from flowing into the brain – directly giving rise to migraine and other headaches apart from dizziness/vertigo and Fibromyalgia. There are parts of the body other than brain that need oxygen filled blood; men will suffer from erectile dysfunction if the muscles around the genitals are tense.

3) Bones are locked by muscles in unnatural positions, if they are held tense for a long period of a time. The brain receives the pain signals when the bones eventually press on nerves. Including arthritis, almost all conditions that include pain are caused by tension in the muscles.

Is there a simple solution ? Yes ! Loosen the stiff muscles by moving and stimulating them. Unless orders are received by the muscles from the nerves controlling them, the muscles will not change their position. The brain controls these nerves, which hopefully is under your control. So if you want the pains and problems to go away - get the muscles going.

I'm of course simplifying things in this short article. Taking things back to the basic. But the truth remains that I've found solutions to many major health problems – some of them considered incurable by the traditional medical system – by mostly focusing on loosing up both big and small muscles of the body. And all the time, I'm discovering new conditions this simple method can heal.
