Pinnacle Mountain State Park
Pinnacle Mountain stands well over 1,000 feet above the river valley to the north-west of downtow Little Rock. Two walking trails leading to the top provide unspoiled views. Through nearly 2500 acres of state park property, several miles of other multi-use trails wind. Other popular activities, including interpretive programs, boat launches, and picnics at this day-time state park. There is no camping on Pinnacle Mountain, but there are more tha 100 camping less tha 5 miles away in Maumelle Park.
William J Clinton Presidential Library and Museum
There is an archival research facility and a museum in the Clinton Presidential Library. The three floors of the complex contain interactive exhibits, over one million photos, and gifts received as chairman by Clinton. In this educational space, you can also visit full-scale replicas of the office room and the Oval Office. There are a lot of events, lectures, and programs throughout the year at the facility and the Clinton Foundation. The museum has been designed for a self-directed experience, but guided tours are available all day long.
State Capitol
The Capitol State of Arkansas consists of white marble and granite. The Capitol state's front doors are of bronze, and the dome is covered with a gold leaf of 24 karats. At a scheduled tour, visitors can explore the building and the sites. The Governor's Reception Room, the Chamber of the Old Supreme Court, and a sparkling roton are popular public areas of the capital. The whole building is permanent and rotating, and there are walking paths and commemorative statues outside the landscape terrain.
River Market District
River Market is a market with shops and tables selling food and unique products. The market hall is a stunning contemporary building with food stalls, coffee shops, foodstuffs, and reception facilities. The River Market also offers easy access for walks and cycling to the picturesque Arkansas River Trail, and nearby cultural outlets such as the Discovery Museum can be found. Special events are held throughout the year in the River Market District and range from big names to fireworks over the river on the fourth of July.
