In a recent blog post, Seth Godin wrote, “Get the strategy right and you’ll have an easier time with the tactics.”

I couldn’t agree more.

Impact-focused strategy sets you up for success at every level.

I’ve seen over and over again with my clients the benefits of developing an impact-focused strategy that is then infused in every aspect of the business during implementation.

When you’ve got a big Impact Purpose, it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of making a contribution. So you skip past strategy and go right to tactics.

But then you’re left with a scattered approach, a hit-and-miss business that leaves you with far less impact that you could have, and time and money wasted.

It also leaves you with far less profit than you could have had, since impact-focused companies make 10-50 times more money.

What better reasons could you have for dedicating your energy to getting strategy right?
