The Big Secret In Getting an Ex to Return Your Call
Written by Derrick Smith
Are you having trouble getting your ex to call you back? You are not alone and there is help for your situation.Did you know that there are special words that you can use to get your ex to return your phone calls? It sounds hard to believe, but there are words that can persuade your ex and make them feel almost compelled to return your call. It sounds crazy but it's true and it happens quite frequently.
I am going to share this technique with you because there are many people just like you who are trying to put their relationship back together but are not sure how to do it. This technique is most likely different from anything else that you've been told to do but it works great. However, a word of caution, if you use techniques alone without an overall plan or strategy, you may damage your relationship more than if they never returned your call. Always work within a system that lays out a thorough and comprehensive strategy for you.
There is a right way and a wrong way to approach your ex. Before you hear the right message to say, it's important to go over some messages that almost never work, and even worse, they put you at a horrible disadvantage to your ex. These messages can basically be put into two categories, the Beg and the Emergency.
The Beg - this message is similar to "Tom, where are you? Please answer the phone. This is the fifth time today that I have called you. Please, I have to talk with you. " Or the Emergency message - "Carla, please call me when you get this message. It's an emergency. I really have to speak to you."
Now, I think you can see what is wrong with both of these approaches? They make you appear needy, anxious, and desperate which can lead your ex to think that you are at the mercy of their whims . Therefore, it is not wise to use these approaches.
Two of the most powerful forces that sway the human mind are self - interest and curiosity. Now here's the BIG SECRET, the key to getting your ex to return your call! When these two forces get used together, you have a recipe that works wonders. Let's look at what you can say that almost always works. In a friendly tone say: "Hi Tom. It's Carla. I'm calling to let you know that I appreciate what you did for me. I really want to thank you in person. Call me. "
See how it uses both curiosity and self - interest? There is no pleading or appearing needy! Tom will find it almost irresistible! He will be thinking "What have I done?" "What does she appreciate?" It's a positive message that shows kindness and gratitude. It makes Tom feels good for doing something right even if he's not sure what it is. Now, it's possible that when you call they may answer the telephone. It's a good idea to make sure that you know what he or she did that you appreciate before you call. Any small thing is acceptable as long as it is credible.
What's more important than doing this technique correctly is having an underlying strategy like what is laid out for you in the Magic of Making Up system before you call. If you are applying this technique without an underlying strategy and you get a call back from your ex, you can do more harm than good if this situation is not handled properly. What I'm telling you is that it's more important to know what you should do before, during, and after getting called back than it is to getting your ex to call you back without a system. Make sure you have a Plan.

Dr. Venus Nicolino: You Have To Make Yourself Available To Find Good Relationships
The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. After all, Juliet would have plunged a premature dagger into the heart of her romance with Romeo if she hid in her room rather than go out on her balcony. The end of Sleepless in Seattle shifts from "awww" to "aw, no" if one of the two main characters skips the trip to the Empire State Building. As these examples from fiction show, making yourself
