They will take care of the plumbing and electrical problems. Plus living in a smaller area means you have a smaller area to maintain. Security is also one of the perks in living in a condo. They have 24-hr security services, security cameras all over the place, and alarms in all of the residential units. You also got not problems where you will park your car, because condo buildings usually provide the first 6 floors for your parking privileges. In my opinion, owning a condo unit is a good investment. If you wish to live in the city, with a manageable area, will bring you convenience and have amenities and services you need, then condo living is for you.
