***The Last Thought on your Mind Before you Die Determines your Next Birth … And How you can Start Preparing for your Transition Today

According to Hindu tradition, the last thought on our mind before we die determines our next birth.

Now, the Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the whole purpose of life is to break free from the wheel of rebirth altogether by taking our ascension. Ascension is the process of restoring oneness with our God Self, also called Monad or Ete
al Self. To take our ascension means that our “next birth” will be in a higher dimension rather than in the physical world.

By living a disciplined life immersed in Spirit and dedicated to planetary world service, our last thought at death will naturally be attuned to Spirit, and so this is where we will go.

However, the truth is, we “die” every night when we go to sleep. Sleep has occultly been called the twin brother of death, and rightly so. The only difference between sleep and death is that when we go to sleep at night we return again in the morning from our sojou
s into the Spiritual world, whereas when we die, we don’t return. We stay on the inner plane. So sleep is a miniature death. And ideally the last thought on our mind both before the “big death” and the nightly “miniature death” is dedicated to God. Such is the commitment of the Integrated Ascended Master! He prepares for the “big death” by falling asleep each night with his mind fully immersed in God.
