To begin the new year I would like to congratulate all of you who wish to learn and grow. Every day is a miracle if you allow it to be.

The following quote is taken from A Course in Miracles (ACIM).It inspired me to reach out to you personally to invite you to participate in my challenge to raise the earth’s vibrational level consciously by transforming fear into love and limiting beliefs into enabling ones. So let me share the quote with you and the reflections it triggered

"The little ‘I’ seeks to enhance itself by exte
al approval, exte
al possessions and exte
al love. The Self that God created needs nothing. It is forever complete, safe, loved and loving. It seeks to share rather than to get; to extend rather than project. It has no needs and wants to join with others out of their mutual awareness of abundance."

So many define their success by the material and exte
al — the illusions of this world. ACIM denotes that "if it isn't love, it must be an illusion."

However, we all thrive on the exte
al approval and acceptance that we receive and without it there is little left to define success — is it really so?

There is only one Truth and yet so many define their own reality by the projection of their own perception.

To sum it up:

"Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies the peace of God."
How can you develop that spiritual awareness, developing the ability to love?
It is to let go of fear and embrace love.

Fear is the opposite of love — where there is love, fear cannot coexist.

To unlea
fear requires no training. It is merely what you decide to allow in your perception. Re-educating your eye and mind to perceive what is real is the spiritual warrior’s quest.

Join me in my challenge which I have set myself for 2009 to raise people’s vibrations globally by offering free EFT sessions (emotional freedom technique www.emofree.com), consciously choosing love rather than fear.

What is EFT?
EFT is what would be acupuncture if no needles were used. It is a set of very easy but amazingly effective techniques. The techniques work on the body’s meridian system (developed in Chinese medicine) in which negatively charged emotions are stored as blockages, causing an interruption of our vital energy.

By gently tapping on various points on the body, while formulating the mental aspects of the negative emotions, the blockages are removed from the energy meridians.

The founder of EFT, Gary Craig, has made these techniques available to anyone desirous of transforming his life by removing negative emotions from his life. He offers the option to even download a free manual teaching the basics of these methods to anyone who develops a keen interest and who wants to try it out. http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanual.asp n
I have adopted these techniques in what I call the L.O.V.E. process to allow you to tune into the negative emotion, let it go and emerge from what has caused the blockages of your energy victoriously.

The process is about:

L - letting go of our fear and limiting beliefs

O - Opening up to the possibility that we have a choice and consciously choosing to be

V - Victor rather than the victim to circumstance to allow yourself to

E - emerge from the comfort zone you have created around the limiting beliefs that accept the unreal, rather than the divine and real.

My offer comes from a place of abundance and goes to all those desirous of finding out more about EFT, those who seriously would like to take action in their self-development, and who can commit to three 30-minute sessions over the course of 3 weeks to make a shift from “the Self that God created (which) needs nothing (and which) … is forever complete, safe, loved and loving."

More L.O.V.E. to you.
