The natural defense mechanism of your body which is better known as your immune system, is a very fascinating and complex system. This amazing system defends and protects your body against harmful microorganisms like bacteria, virus, parasites, fungi, etc. Immune system facts are supposed to be extremely intriguing.   • Thymus enhances the growth of T cells, which is an extremely essential defender. But, thymus vanishes with age, yet people survive with a healthy body.

  • Immune system is severely affected due to stress, low emotions, sleeping less than 8 hours, excessive fatigue, etc.

The defense mechanism of your body is very effective and strong. It can ward off the deadliest of germs, only if you work hard towards keeping it strong and tough.
