Sometimes, we find ourselves pretending to be someone we're not, especially when we're surrounded by certain crowds or stuck in a job we despise. This façade can lead to feeling down, prompting us to hide our true selves, ultimately resulting in unhappiness and accumulating more emotional baggage. Eventually, this baggage starts to show in the mirror, reflecting all the falsehoods we've been living.Don't get me wrong, I'm all for enjoying life's finer things – luxury, clothing, creams, and even Botox.
