Spiritual practices and disciplines are an absolute key to advance on the Spiritual path. It is literally impossible to realize God and become a Living Integrated Ascended Master unless you follow a routine of Spiritual practices. Spiritual practices keep us focused on what life is all about. The purpose of life is to realize God. Without following a routine of Spiritual practices it is very easy for life and people to distract us and take us off our path.

For your enjoyment, here are seven very simple but very powerful Spiritual practices. Integrate them into your daily routine and be amazed at the results!

1. Act “as if” you are a Living Integrated Ascended Master.
2. Begin the day with saying affirmations.
3. Go for ascension and/or affirmation walks. What’s that? You go for a walk, and while you are walking you ask Spirit and the Ascended Masters to run Spiritual current through you. Or you walk and say affirmations while walking. Very simple but very effective!
4. Ask for protection from God and the Masters every morning to start your day.
5. Practice attitudinal healing. What’s that? Every time a negative thought pops up, replace it with a positive one.
6. Be sure to do your psychological homework; otherwise your Spiritual work will become corrupted by the negative ego.
7. Be sure to integrate the light of your initiations into your mental, emotional, etheric and physical body.
