If you think aspirin is safe to use you better think again-because it isn’t safe. Now I know my research could stir up a big hornet’s nest. But here is some proof.

But here is something rather shocking that is hard for me to believe. Even the FDA is giving aspirin a bad report. Most of the time the FDA endorses products, that to me, are usually harmful and deadly.

This decision by FDA is a reverse of what they used to believe. What prompted their new feelings about aspirin was a request from Bayer to change its present aspirin label to indicate aspirin can help prevent heart attacks in healthy individuals. They declined their request.

Make no mistake, aspirin is a drug. Once you understand natural medical principles it is easy to see that any drug is not the solution for a chronic degenerative disease. If you read the studies by British and American researchers, you will see that taking aspirin can cause much more harm than good. The chance of developing ulcers is just one potential side effect. Others include:

• Increasing your risk of pancreatic cancer.
• Damaging your kidneys
• Gastric bleeding

So what is the alternative to aspirin? Simple lifestyle changes such as taking fish oil and exercising. This can have tremendously positive effect on your cardiovascular system.

Another alternative of aspirin is a revolutionary powerful enzyme called nattokinase. Nattokinase is a fibrinolysis enzyme (breaks up fibrin which is found in clots) made from fermented soybeans. It is comparable to aspirin in its beneficial effects on your blood, but without any side effects.

Using nattokinase in combination with appropriate lifestyle and dietary modifications can provide excellent protection from heart attacks and many other forms of heart disease. Whether you decide to take aspirin or Tylenol you must know they are linked to kidney failure.

Researchers report that patients who were regular users; those who took these pain killers at least twice a week for two months, were two to three times more likely to have the beginning stages of kidney failure, compared with individuals who do not use these painkillers on a regular basis.

About 15% of the people on dialysis today are there as a result of damage that Tylenol and/or aspirin did to their kidneys. Pain is a wonderful guide that is given to us to provide with some feedback so we can take action to correct the problem before it gives us further problems.

To mask the pain with these drugs makes about as much sense as going down the road and having the oil light come up on your dashboard and choosing to put duct tape over the dashboard so the annoying red light is removed. Get smart folks.
