We all do what we are told to do in our jobs – meet these numbers – be here at this time – in others words, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW. Sure, we all are in positions that involve our superiors dictating to us what we need to do and what our goals should be. However, THEIR GOALS SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY THING DRIVING YOUR GOALS AND YOUR SUCCESS.

THINK BIG AND YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. Never setting challenges for yourself will only result in one thing: GOING NOWHERE.

So, what does it really mean to "think big"? To begin, you need to set your own thinking and strategizing into FULL GEAR by sitting down and setting your own personal objectives and purposes in your life. I do not like the term "mission statement". Rather, you are going to need to create some sort of a "list" of what you would like to achieve and what it will require for you to reach those goals. Factor in other aspects of your life, as there are many other issues that will make our journey more challenging. But you should never lose sight of your direction and where you would like to be in two months, or two years. By choosing a goal that is "bigger" than you, bigger than what you could easily achieve, you are keeping yourself from remaining stagnant and stuck in the same place forever.

Big thinkers, also known as leaders, continuously give themselves a clear vision of their future, and therefore, you need to take action everyday to see your visions to their realities.

YOU MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN A SUCCESSFUL MINDSET FOR SUCCESS. Too often we get caught up in the details of our lives and forget that WE CONTROL WHERE WE ARE GOING. Others may tell us what's expected of us on a daily basis, but ultimately we are the controllers.

Never underestimate the power of your own mind. To see the glass as half full instead of half emply is a necessity. Negative thoughts and emotions have no place in your thinking big process. When times get tough and sales are harder than ever, push yourself harder to try a new path or strategy.

While everyone else is following the leader, you are working on BEING THE LEADER.
Lead yourself to the destination of "your" choice and "YOUR" doing.
