When we think positively and speak lovingly, everything changes. If we understand that everything is simple and tell our loved ones how much we care for them in time, it follows that our relationships will be truly harmonious and full of love. But unfortunately, much of the time, it is only when our loved ones go into the operating theatre or intensive care, or worse still when they have already died, that we are able to utter a loving word.

Many people go to the cemetery every Sunday to visit their loved ones, taking flowers and gifts, or to maintain interminable ‘dialogues’. If they are unable to go every week, they feel guilty. My question is: when those loved ones were alive, how many times did they give them roses? How often did they dedicate so much time to them? Maybe never, or almost never. We live in a age of a lack of consciousness and coherency. What is it worth, our modern technology capable of putting a satellite in space or a man on Mars, if we are unable to communicate with our children, parents or other loved ones? Every day we have more comfortable houses, but fewer homes, more science but less patience and tolerance towards others.

My question is: What are we waiting for to express what we feel towards our loved ones? Why don’t we say everything that we have always wanted to say to them, today, here, and now
