Three Everyday Challenges That Women Face,..And Still Maintain A Positive Outlook On Life.

"When life gives you lemons; You should make lemonade". That statement probably applies to just about everyone, especially in today's world. There are so many challenges that face us today with work, relationships, and family issues, just to mention a few. Dealing with these challenges individually can be a difficult task. However, trying to deal with these challenges simultaneously can be almost impossible. "Hair pulling" comes to mind when I think of this scenario. This part of life definitely requires finesse.
I have found in life, through a lot of my own personal experiences, that women, in particular have all of these responsibilities, and tend to handle them remarkably well. It seems as if they have it down to science. And yet, thru all of the frustration and "juggling acts" performed daily, some women seem to have a smile at the end of the day. .... But what of the one's that don't?... Is this you?... Lets take a closer look at just three (because there are many more), of life's daily situations, and see how deep the challenges can really go.

Workplace / Careers

We've heard it over and over again. Women don't make the same money as men do, for doing the same job. There is something absolutely wrong with this picture. Statistically, there is one woman for every four men making $100,000.00, or more, and the annual median income for a woman is about $10,000.00 less than that of a man. Why is that??...I am happy to say that more women are taking charge of their life, and controlling their own destiny, while at the same time keeping a balance with family life. Congratulations.... Women should make that money as men do, fulfill their self-obligation, and realize that success is a choice. Choose to make the most of it.

Relationships

This is an area where it can be tough on both parties. Believe me, I have learned the do's and don t's of a relationship as seen thru a woman's eyes. Like most men, its taken a while for me to "get it". That's part of a phrase that's permanently engraved into my brain. "You just don't get it". Now, I sympathize with the many women who try and try, but ultimately face the fact that their mate is rather "thick" on the whole concept of understanding a woman, and just wont get it. My advice to the men; try to understand what your woman is telling you because another phrase comes to mind. "You never know what you had, until it has gone." My advice to women; try to make your man understand what you feel, give it a good effort, but your ultimate goal in my opinion, should be your own happiness.

Family Issues

In many marriages, there exist the balance of maintaining family life and maintaining your sanity. The pressure can be overwhelming. I have heard that in some instances with the spouse and kids, a woman can be surrounded all day and still feel lonely. I know that this exist. Without a doubt, the biggest problem that this can lead to is the search for fulfillment, and a substitute for the loneliness from a third party outside of the relationship. This is never good, and highly not recommended.

There have been many articles and books written on the subjects discussed in this article. In my opinion; that's because women have long had to deal with these challenges, and now it seems that most have conquered, or are in the process of conquering the challenges that they face everyday. Still there are those that may need a little help. ...Some solutions offered,...A little coaching along the way from women that have been there. Just remember.
