For example if you writing a article this you may take 30 minutes, but if you wrote that article day by day you consumption of time must be less as you have idea how to write an article with a given time period. When you are working on some task you just concentrate on that, do not divert your mind from roaming here and there. This will affect your work so it's better to work for 2 hours regularly rather you work 20 minutes and 15 minutes.
